"To me, pro bono goes beyond legal aid. It reflects a lifelong commitment to equity, justice, and meaningful social change. From serving as First Year Representative to leading the society this year, I am eager to take it to new heights with my vision and experience."

"For me, pro bono encapsulates all that Law stands for: fairness, justice, equality and the belief that our law should safeguard all members of society. It means stepping in to aid the marginalised. Therefore, in a way, it’s like a hero. Someone who intervenes to protect and uplift others, not for recognition but out of a genuine desire to help."

"To me, pro bono work encapsulates my motivations to study law. Whilst too often the justice system fails to live up to its name, pro bono services often ensures that vulnerable individuals can indeed access justice. Having been First Year Representative last year, I have seen the impactful work the society does and I am looking forward to continue to contribute to the society."
